So what do you do with all the leftover backing after you've used your stickers or chipboard? Use it!! That's our challenge to you over at Method Playground. I finally broke open a recent Studio Calico kit for this challenge. I'd had this photo of Thomas waiting to be scrapped for ages -- I think he was just turning three in the photo. So, yeah, ages. I'm glad I waited - the clouds on the Cosmo Cricket paper are perfect.
For this challenge, I did two things: used the edging left over from around a bracket sticker to frame a piece of patterned paper, and used the chipboard frame from the green arrow as a mask to ink at the bottom of my paper grouping. The arrow head didn't come out too great, but that's alright. I like the curved shape - you'll see it repeated all over the layout from the clouds to the edging to the journaling block and more.
