It's been a while since I was inspired to put together a tag. As I was contemplating the mess on my workspace and leftover pieces from my DT kit ... I pulled out this new Hero Arts stamp - Snowflakes & Edges.
I grabbed a clean tag and swiped it with Pumice Stone Distress Stain. Then I inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and dried the tag with my heat gun. I decided to ink the edges ahead of time because this stamp covers quite a bit of area and I wouldn't be able to change my background afterwards.
Once the tag was dry (because Distress Ink is an embossing ink), I stamped the tag with Versamark embossing ink and used clear embossing powder.
Then I pulled out the inks..... a bit of Crushed Olive, some Broken China and a bit of Walnut Stain on the edges.
Once the inking was complete, it was time to decorate. Some Idea-ology baubles, Kaisercraft, punched snowflakes; and pearls.
